1 MW plant powered by FORSU for anaerobic digestion of biomasses aimed at biogas production and renewable energy for "Alan" in Zinasco
In 2012 LABEX taking part in the realisation of one of the very first plants for transforming process of organic waste from their separate collection (FORSU) into renewable energy.
This 1MW/h plant allow us to successful test this new sector and realise in very short time several biogas plant across Italy and Europe also different among them.
The supply of digester chamber is automatic and controlled by PLC that ensure the operation of the plant: supplying, mixing, temperature and pH controls and discharge.
The system consist of:
- Several automation cabinets placed in the plant with profibus connection and SCADA oversee also in remote mode;
- Medium Voltage plant both for taking and putting energy circuits;
- Two distribution cabinets, two M.V. lines, two M.V. transformers and two M.V. cells to supply self-consumption and production circuits;
- An automation system to control 12º electric motors, 104 digital sensors, 33 analogic sensors, 16 actuators for a total amount of 800KW of installed power.
